Lead Times
To ensure your project can be completed on time, please note the following deadlines:

• Initial Request: Must be submitted at least 8 weeks before the deliverables are needed.
• Mandatory Planning Meeting: You must meet with the Video Director no later than 7 weeks before the deliverables are needed. If you don’t have a fully developed idea yet, the Video Director will brainstorm with you during this meeting.
• Video Shoot Scheduling: Shoots must be scheduled with the Video Director no later than 3 weeks before the deliverables are needed.

Scheduling Responsibilities

• It is the responsibility of the requesting department to enlist and schedule all on-camera talent.
• It is the responsibility of the requesting department to secure an appropriate location for the video shoot.

Important: Submitting a video request does not guarantee approval. All requests are subject to review and approval based on staffing, budget, and ministry priorities.
