Event Request Amendment

If you have already submitted your official EVENT REQUEST form but have an amendment to make, then you're in the right place! Let us know what changes and/or additions you have to your event.

If you haven't filled out an initial EVENT REQUEST form yet, click here.

It's important you indicate all departments that will be affected because an email will automatically be generated to those who need to be aware of your event's change. For example, if your event has a date change, then likely all departments you initially requested will need to be notified. However, if you are just changing a request to the kitchen ministry, then you'd only select them and not the other departments. Thanks!
