READ JOHN 14:6
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
As you pray this week, ask God for confidence to trust what his Word says and thank Him that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. As the Room For Doubt sermon series wraps up, continue to join us in pray — that God will use the past six weeks to continue to transform lives in our community.
READ ROMANS 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
As you pray this week, thank God that in the midst of the difficulty and suffering we face, he is with us and will bring good from each situation. Continue to pray that people all over our community will come to know the comfort, peace, and grace of Jesus because of the Room for Doubt sermon series.
READ LUKE 24:36-39
While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
As you pray this week, thank God that the resurrected Jesus is alive today and available to us personally. Thank God that we have a record that over 40 days Jesus walked, talked, and even ate with people in his resurrected form. Also, continue to pray for the pastors and leaders involved in leading people through the Room for Doubt sermon series.
